"Through the Flowers" Cyanotype/linocut combination print

A brand new varied edition of this previously sold-out cyanotype/linocut combination print.

The background is created using a positive image of dried, pressed flowers I collected from my garden.  I love how the delicacy and translucency of the flower petals translates to the cyanotype and creates a magical, ethereal effect for the background. The flying robin is printed in a rich, dark Prussian Blue relief ink which complements the cyanotype element to create the piece.

Because of the handmade processes I'm using to create these pieces, each one is different to the last.  I have added four prints to the website and thereafter they will be made to order. I have included images of each of the currently available prints in this listing, in an attempt to indicate the colour variations between each one - they range from a deep Prussian Blue to more of a "Teal" shade, so do bear this in mind when choosing your print :)
